Matt Hall Cameo Daniel Ricciardo Great Aussie Road Road Trip
Footage from inside Matt Hall’s aircraft was pre-released ahead of an epic road trip feature video that welcomed renowned Formula 1 driver Daniel Ricciardo back to Australian soil for the 2023 Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix. This the first race weekend the Aussie legend will be joining the Oracle Red Bull Racing team trackside this year.
Red Bull further released the main feature clip of Ricciardo taking his RB7 to iconic locations around Australia, including Broken Hill and at a Bathurst Supercars race.
In the homecoming, Ricciardo took the championship winning RB7 on a road trip across Australia working with local motorsports heroes.
Daniel Sanders, Toby Price, Shane Van Gisbergen and Matt Hall made cameos in this feature where Ricciardo takes on the harsh Aussie conditions ahead of the Australian Grand Prix.
Hall appears at 3:20 minutes in the “Great Aussie Road Trip” video below.
This was a very challenging scene many months in the making and shot at the picturesque Sea Cliff Bridge near Wollongong.
At the time, witnesses standing on Stanwell Park Beach posted videos to social media of a plane seemingly flying at speed towards the bridge, before shooting upwards.
